YARAN Group is a non-religious, non-political organization established on December 5, 2021, through the collective efforts and consensus of several Iranian-Americans. The group was founded in response to the increasingly dire situation in Iran, marked by significant challenges in the economic, cultural, and social spheres. Our mission is to foster prosperity and improve the conditions within Iran, particularly for those facing adversity.
Yaran’ Vision
Our vision is to promote the culture of philanthropy, equality, and human rights, advocating for the fair treatment of all individuals-regardless of race, gender, or social class. We envision a society that embraces love, friendship, and cooperation at all levels.
Yaran’ Belief
We believe that a healthy society is built on the foundation of healthy individuals, both physically and mentally. The responsibility for maintaining the health and well-being of the community lies not only with the government or other organizations but also with the people themselves.
Yaran’ Goals
YARAN aims to support individuals in need and uplift marginalized communities through the following principles:
- Individuals in Need: This includes people of all races, ethnicities, religions, and nationalities who, due to unfortunate circumstances such as societal issues, health challenges, or disabilities-are living in difficult and unacceptable conditions.
- Deprived Environments: These refer to public spaces such as parks, streets, alleys, and neighborhoods that have been neglected or poorly maintained for various reasons. Improving these spaces will contribute to the well-being of the entire community.
- Deprived Places: This includes public institutions such as schools, clinics, and hospitals that have been deprived of necessary care, repairs, and maintenance. Helping to restore these places will directly improve the lives of the people who depend on them.
