YARAN group is a non-religion, and non-political organization formed on Dec 5, 2021 with the help and consensus of several Iranian/Americans, considering the severity of the deterioration of Iran’s situation in every way, economically, culturally, and socially. To help and create prosperity and improvement in the existing conditions in Iran.

Aiding the people in need in the society and the deprived environment and places in accordance with the following principles and definitions:

• A person in need: Anyone of any race, skin color, religion, and nationality who, due to forced reasons caused by unfortunate society circumstance, lack of health and inherent disabilities live in difficult and unacceptable conditions.
• Deprived environment: parks, streets, alleys, neighborhoods, and such environments that are built for public use and for right or wrong reasons have been deprived of care, repair, and cleaning. Helping them to their well-being will help improve the lives of people in the community
• Deprived places: buildings such as schools, clinics, and hospitals with non-private and non-profit ownership, which have been deprived of proper treatment, repair, cleaning, for right or wrong reasons, and helping them to well-being and recovery will help in the lives of people in the community.
• Providing happy times and changing people’s mood and preparing the society to accept a better culture.
• Gradual improvement of culture and its promotion in the society.

• Respect for humanity and belief in the equality of people of any race, skin color, religion, and nationality.
• Belief and respect for equal rights of men and women in the family and society.
• Avoiding starting and engaging in any political and religious discussions in correspondence, virtual space, and gatherings of YARAN.
• Avoid insulting the members of the group and any public, private person, political or religious leader, Iranian or non-Iranian in correspondence, virtual space of YARAN’s gatherings.
• The utmost effort and seriousness in advancing the goals of the YARAN.
• Avoiding any kind of personal and secret, unethical, financial, or other exploitation of YARAN’s facilities
• Prompt Payment of applicable membership fee

The conditions of membership can be changed according to the social situation of the society and changes in the goals of YARAN and members are expected to be flexible when renewing the membership.

Membership fees are billed to your account either and collected automatically monthly at $15 per month or annually at $180 per year, unless cancelled 30 days in advance.
